You just created your own turnkey Internet business, now what?

The biggest mistake most people make when dealing with Internet business is that they think that once they build their web site, people will find their site and purchase their product or service. There are billions of web pages on the Internet today, for every service product. There is probably hundreds of thousands of web pages that offer that same exact product or service. So how do you stand out, how do you make a difference, how do you set yourself apart from those other hundreds and thousands of web pages?

Promotion, Marketing, promotion!

Marketing, promoting and branding your products or services while using proper keywords is essential. In this digital age your web site URL should be on every form of communication and should be cross promoted in with every marketing aspect you submit. This means e-mail signature tags, forum signature tags, external linking strategies, press releases, article submissions and directory submissions. The more opportunity for someone to click on your link, the better chance of your product and service will lease be recognized.

E-mail signature tags.

By simply putting your URL web site on every e-mail correspondence. You present an opportunity for the person you're communicating with in a subtle manner to explore your business web site and business opportunity. If you're not proud of your own business enough to put it in your own e-mail


signature tags, then you probably should not be in that business from the beginning.

Place your link in your forum signature tags. Post away. If you are helpful, informative and offer good advice ,people with click on your slink to find out more about you.

Blog post

Create your own blog, or serious of blogs to discuss topics that you want to discuss. If you can keep one theme related that blog itself could generate traffic and link to sales pages or receive a decent amount of adsense revenue

Read, research and find out the basics of both internal and external Search Engine Optimization. Your SEO efforts will pay off, many times over with free search engine traffic.

PPC Pay per click advertisement. It is a worthwhile investment if you know what you are doing. Many people are successful, because they have tested and learned what the correct methods are for their PPC campaigns. Do your research. Learn that business if you have an advertisement budget and can afford to spend several $100 each month
